ClientKaro is a digital proposal SaaS and does not sell or ship physical products.
After successful payment, eligible product access is delivered online through your ClientKaro account.
Delivery of access
Digital access is typically available after payment confirmation and account activation.
If access is delayed due to a technical or payment verification issue, contact support@clientkaro.com so we can help resolve it.
Exchange policy
Since ClientKaro provides digital software access, physical product exchange is not applicable.
Plan changes or upgrades may be handled according to the options available in your account or by contacting support.
Incorrect purchase or access issue
If you believe you purchased the wrong plan or your paid features were not activated correctly, contact us with your account email and payment reference.
